{kidstyle} Love A Pop Of Color In Boys Clothing

boys clothingBoys Clothing: Today as I got done helping my son get dressed for school, and hearing my husband say you look really handsome.  I realized I wanted to start blogging about kids fashion.  I think my son always looks sharp when he goes to school.
I love shopping for my son.  As hard as it is to shop for boys because there are not as many options for boys as there are girls.  I always want my son to look presentable, have style but feel comfortable.
I will admit I am very particular about what he wears.  Yes I go from name brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger to Target, Walmart.  Again I am not so particular about the brand as I am the style.
This outfit he wore to school today is basically from The Children’s Place.  I am a big fan of their clothes from their sweatpants to their dressy clothes, they always seem to have a bit of class to them.  The plaid shirt is on clearance at their website for $7.59.  The blue shirt underneath is from Target, it’s the Circo Boys Long-Sleeved Tee in Navy, available for $7.00.  I love the mustard colored five pocket pants  from The Children’s Place.  They are on clearance on their website for $11.59.  I love adding some color to his outfits.  I hate when boys wear black all the time.   I love giving him a layered look and he looks good wearing it.
I do not like anything with skulls, army fatigues or graphic tees that don’t have something respectful that a 7 year old should be wearing.  I like to give him a little style, something that you won’t see the rest of the kids wearing.
I love when I send him to school and his teacher says I love how you dress him, if I had a boy I would have dressed him the same way.

Kids fashion doesn’t have to be expensive or over the top!
