Day #3 – Gratitude Journal – Health

healthylife-e1265460464288Today in our journal we are talking about “health“, and how we need to be thankful for it, because it’s the only body you are going to get.

With all the bad that is happening in our world all around us, we need to take time and realize that taking care of ourselves should be just as much of a priority as anything else.
Also with it being the end of the year, I hope you have made your appointments for your yearly physicals. Unfortunately with us just moving it of course wasn’t the first thing on our lists, but I have at least made sure that we are in with the doctor the first week of January.
I have been paying closer attention to what I am eating and even though I still have some aches and pains, I am thankful that I have been able to loose 10 lbs, by trying to cut out as much bread as possible and really watching my portion size.
